Strapack Corporation is pleased to announce that Strapack has agreed to acquire all
shares of Nichiro Kogyo Co., Ltd., which may be better known for its brand name
“Akebono”, from Maruha Nichiro Holdings, Inc. and its group companies. We hope that
this acquisition will bring together two established and respected names in the strapping
industry to better serve our customers on a global basis.
