The JK-5SUS is ideal for low volume applications in food and medical industries where sanitation and minor moisture exposure is a concern. The JK-5SUS is a bottom seal model which boasts a stainless steel body. The critical components such as the cutters and rollers are composed of stainless steel in order to withstand water exposure. All external screws and fasteners are stainless steel. The bottom of the body cabinet is reinforced and shielded to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. |
